Annoying bug or fixable problem

I noticed sometimes my folders get their icon size setting, and placement rearranged. This happens when using web services like box .net but it also happens a number of other times. I was wondering if this is fixable. it is annoying when I am forced to constantly fix my images folder.

Messing with the .DS_store sometimes fixes it but not reall
