Everytime I open up the notes app that little circular loading sign at the top bar constantly stays on. What could it possibly be loading in the notes app?!? Little things like that drive me crazy!

Strange, it shouldn't be loading anything for notes. Maybe background app that you just finished is finishing up. Mail perhaps?

I thought the loading symbol only goes on when it's for an app that your currently using. When I exit safari and it's on, it goes away.

It is also possible that you have your notes set up to sync over the air. I couldn't figure out why mine was doing that until I went under mail settings and unchecked that setting. Now I don't have the problem.
