Annoying eMail wont delete on iCloud

When I delete an email on my iPhone, it doesn't delete on my iMac or MBA. This is REALLY ANnOYING...I receive plenty of emails everyday and I always have to delete the same emails 3 times!!!

I have 3 email accounts, iCloud, Hotmail and Gmail. Luckily on the iCloud one, I only have to delete email once. But on Hotmail and Gmail I have to delete them 3 times (one time on every device)...

Is there something in the option that can help? Is the problem with Hotmail and not in the settings?

Please help, this has been going on for 2 years now and Im so annoyed
