Annoying File Open Issue

Hey guys,

Slightly annoying issue here. I searched to find an answer, but really couldn't find anyone with a similar problem. My apologies in advanced if I missed something.

So this morning, I right clicked on an .avi file because I wanted to open it with VLC instead of Quick Time. When I moused over to "Open With", I noticed that VLC is listed twice. I tried both, and they both opened the movie file successfully. I used spotlight to search my entire HDD, and like I thought, I only have VLC installed once.

Does anyone have any ideas why VLC is showing up twice? Has anyone else experienced something like this? I know it really isn't a huge deal, but for some reason, this is REALLY annoying me

I'm running Snow Leopard, and everything is up to date.
