Annoying Gmail Labels in Apple Mail

This is really annoying, this used to not happen but now its always happening, so when I added my new Email Address to Apple Mail it gave me these annoying folders in the sidebar

I cannot get rid of them and everytime I do something as little as delete an email it appears and puts a little notification on the Dock icon.

PLEASE HELP!

This isn't what I wanted I want to get rid of them, not ignore them...

Did you follow the instructions? It does what you're looking for.

Yes, and all it does it move the folders to another location, not get rid of them...

No, it doesn't move them. For example, if you follow the instructions, you will no longer have a [Gmail] > Sent Mail folder. You will only have your primary Sent Mail folder.
