Annoying Mavericks / Safari issue

When I'm scrolling down pages, either on the trackpad or magic mouse, they keep moving 1 or 2 pixels horizontally and back again, as if it's detecting a horizontal movement in your finger.

It's something I never noticed on Mountain Lion, so must be due to new version of Safari. Anyone else had this issue?

Maybe you're moving your finger horizontally. I've not seen any issue like what you describe.

I'm scrolling in exactly the same way as before. It's as if the trackpad has become a lot more sensitive.

Other people have had this issue since the first GM.
