My girlfriends Macbook has this popup about every 2-3 minutes while youre browsing the web. She doesnt remember ever setting a "keychain" password, and tried to type in the password that she uses to log into her macbook, but apparently it's not the same password.
What can I do to get rid of this if she doesn't know the password? Can I delete and then reinstall Safari? Do I need to reformat and install the entire OSX? Should I just use Firefox and forget about Safari?
She isn't too tech savvy, and gets super frustrated with it. haha thanks for your help in advance.
