***I've never had an experience like this with an apple designed program for the record 
MICROSOFT MESSENGER FOR MAC
1. Everytime I close a conversation window, MSN and all of my conversations close, and a microsoft error report comes up, and it basically says a error has occured blah blah blah... send or do not send error report
2. This has happened everytime Messenger has been opened for the last month and a half.
3. Basically, I want Messenger removed completely from the computer, and then re-downloaded and installed.
4. I've thrown the MSN .dmg into the trash many times and emptied trash, resulting in re-downloading but to no avail.
5. uApp and APP ZAPPER have done absolutely nothing...
Please any extreme way to start my Microsoft Messenger for Mac experience right from the beginning again would be great!
