Annoying popup - how to get rid of it?

I keep getting these annoying popups (see attached image) and I have no idea how to get rid of them. I think I might have picked up some adware or something. I've run Avast and it found nothing. I'm at a loss, I can't figure this out.

Run this:
https://www.malwarebytes.org/antimalware/mac/

Then hold down shift key and restart Safari

You can also hold the option key when you use the Quit from the dropdown menu.
