annoying ringing sound on recored videos via photobooth

I recorded a video on photobooth.. and there's this ANNOYING ringing noise. not just a hush hush hissing noise too. like a LOUD RINGING noise... i tried uploading it to a website cuz maybe it was just quicktime or photobooth.. maybe it wasn't the video. but it was still there.

i tried restarting my mac... ringing noise still there.

has anyone encountered that problem?

Is it picking up and amplifying fan noise?
