Annoying Safari problem

While using Safari and there are multiple windows open, when one of the windows has an alert or something to where Safari makes that window come to the front, is there a way to prevent that? For example I will be playing a game in one window and when its not my turn I browse other stuff. When that game gets an ad for example it interrupts whatever i'm doing by coming to the front and I have to minimize it again. It even does it when Safari is hidden causing the whole app to come back :confused:. Oh and BTW I am using Safari 4 and Tiger.
