Annoying Settings notification

Hello

I recently downgraded my phone from iOS 11 beta 2 to 10.3.3. Everything went fine and during the initial iPhone setup I skipped the section where it asked to enter my Apple ID and setup Siri.

Now in my phone Settings I see this notification asking me to finish setting up my iPhone with Apple ID and Siri. I have already done that but that notification badge isn't disappearing at all.

Any suggestions on how to get rid if it? I have attached a couple of screenshots.
