I am having a problem that only occurs in Windows and not Mac OS. Anytime I put my hand over the left side speaker there is a loud and annoying high pitched sound almost like a train horn. I assume this has something to do with the mic being located there and may be caused by some sort of driver conflict.

The problem occurs on both Vista 64 and Windows 7 32 Bit. I even disable the MIC and the problem still occurs. The only way to make it unnoticeable is the turn the volume around 25% or less. I've tried the set of audio drivers on the Leopard CD as well as the updated realtek drivers. Also I have a brand new Macbook Pro that I bought a week ago it's the 2.4 15 inch model.

I don't see much conversation of the problem anywhere nor can I find a solution to this issue. I did however find a youtube video showing the exact same problem that I have with no solution. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EdBRGxcPeqg

I really don't see how this could be a hardware failure as everything is perfectly fine in leopard. It's very confusing that I see no other conversation of this anywhere as I would think if everyone had the problem a lot more people would be talking about it. Any help is greatly appreciated.
