Annoying swoosh sound on iPhone- not iChat, or mail making this sound.

Every 20 or so minutes my phone will make a random swoosh sound - yes, even with nothing running. Has anyone else had this problem? Cause I'd really like it to stop! Help!
 
Did you go to settings>sounds to verify what your alert sounds are for the various options?
