Normally I have no issue processing my annual upgrade through apple with my AT&T service but this year our account is a business account and I got the attached message. I am an authorized user on the account and I should be able to make changes to the account, so this message is a little confusing.

Is it possible for me to preorder the phone with an AT&T business account? Should I contact apple or AT&T to fix this error message?

Thanks in advance!

Sorry for the bump, just wondering if anyone has experience with this issue. Thanks!

If you are trying to use the Apple iPhone Upgrade Program through Citizen, you cannot do it if you are on an AT&T Business account.
