Another Aperture 3 Question

I've installed aperture on my new mac mini. I was previously using iPhoto. Now that i have imported all of my pictures into aperture, I can see at the bottom left an "iPhoto Library" folder. If I delete that folder from within aperture will i lose all of my photos that are in projects?

Is it a yellow or a blue folder?

That is most likely where your iPhoto imports went. So deleting that folder will remove your imported files.
