Another Cydia problem

After updating weathericon in Cydia the other day, something went wrong. Lockinfo, SBSettings and activator all no longer display. Lockinfo and Activator no longer are displayed in Settings. Cydia also does not show that they are installed anymore. When I try to reinstall them Cydia gives the conflicts dependencies error. Is there any way to fix this besides restoring? It looks like something got corrupted. If not I will restore 4.0.1 through TU this weekend. Thanks

Bump. Is there any way to fix Cydia so it will allow me to reinstall these apps without showing the conflict error? I should have mentioned I have an IP4 with 4.0.1. I guess I will just bite the bullet and restore.
