I never posted one of these so heres mine.


I'm converting a video right now and my GPU is at 80 C and my CPU is at 78 C.

I have 3 120MM fans running at full speed on a cooler and another 60MM fan blowing at the computer as well.

These temps just seem too hot, especially with this air cooling. I'd imagine my MBP would be in a serious hurt right now if I didn't have either.


Early 2008 MBP.
 
I guess my issues is that if I didn't have the extra fans, I think the temps would easily approach 85 C if not 90C.

I also get pretty hot temps running video on the web (silverlight, flash). I get 70C to 75C on the cpu and gpu.

Read the link ... 85 or 90ºC is normal too when doing intensive tasks.
