Another hinge problem

Hey I have a 13 inch mid 2009 macbook pro. Recently had display replaced. The new display hinge seems to have broken. There is a gap noticeable gap between the unibody and black hinge. I can see the wires from the display running into the laptop. When holding the screen you ca visibly make it move sideways.

ANyone else had these problems?

Trip to Genius Bar advisable?
