another ichat problem.. (video)

OK so i know that there is a lot of problems with the video conferencing but i searched and there is nothing i could find. So my friend and i are video chatting and he can see me and i cant see him. We did a three way video chat and i can see my other friend and he can see us but we can't see him. Any advice?

Everyone open the ports iChat uses (# available on apples site, dont have link handy). Thats all i can think of besides making sure the preferences allow video, and adequate bandwidth for video.
