Another iCloud Drive Question

Within my iCloud Drive I have a folder that is labelled "iCloud Drive Upgrade - Recovered Documents". Anyone have any idea what this folder is and can it be deleted? Also, I see now that I can create folders and even put files within iCloud Drive without putting them into the Numbers and Pages folders. Neat.
