I have bunches of books/novels on my ipad mini ibook. Cant seem to transfer over to my iphone ibook via itunes.

I figured it out. A bit different than just sync. Gotta transfer the oringinal ePubs from the ipad to itunes. Then from the iBooks app (on the mbp or imac), import the ePubs from itunes to this app, then connect iphone and under Books tab, choose whatever books to sync.
