I got an iPhone 3G at christmas and really enjoy it. But I have hit a roadblock: 9 page app limit. It isn't bricked and I read that jailbreaking it gives you more (ways to DL) True?

I am pretty good with computers, but my parents would never buy me anything again if I voided my warranty, (or brought it in if it broke and had it voided) So my other questions are: is jailbreaking (and adding things to it) easy enough? Is their a way to kepp from voiding the warranty/or/after jailbreaking, making it seem like nothing about it changed? If I do, will I lose all data (including jailbroken data)? Also, what chances or risks do I take in doing this?

Basically, I haven't even modded my PSP (which is a hell of a lot easier) in fear I will screw up my little grey bundle of gaming fun. So, where do you stand in all this mess?:eek::eek:
