Shocker. Another macOS update brings external minor issues. It's seriously like a tick-tock cycle with this crap. Issues will be fixed, and then they'll come back. It's been like this for I don't know many versions of macOS. I knew it was too good to last.

Ever since updating to 13.3 just two days ago, my external monitors will not wake up unless I open the lid on my MBP. I don't understand why Apple cannot get their **** together when it comes to external monitors.

I have to stay on 13.2.1 because of a vendor software bug which I reported a while ago. I am running 13.2.1 on my MacBook Pro, though, and all seems fine but I don't use it with external monitors. I watched a long review on 13.3 and there are a ton of bugfixes and small improvements.
