I will going to have old Mac Pro in October but since it's my first time getting another Mac computer, Im quite curious and worry about apps for new computer. Are there anyway to copy all apps to a new computer without losing any informations or it's impossible that I have to download everything one by one?

If I'm understanding your question, use the built in Migration Assistant to migrate your apps and data from your old Mac to the new one. Certain apps may require re-activation such as MS Office, Photoshop, and some others.
It's pretty annoying, probably more for me than most people since I've done hundreds of installations and I have no idea where my Office CD key is. Ironic that pirates will not run into this issue
