In a Chair
I just had a quick question about some other things, mainly faults of the MacBook.
For those who have the mooing sound, I've read it described as "Oh, it's barely audible" to " Oh, how do I get rid of this awful moo??!!! " to "it's driving me nuts! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!! " Does it depend a bunch on how many programs you are running at the moment and how fast the fans have to move?
2) Discolouration :( How long did it take, from the time you opened the almighty box before it started turning yellow, or whatever? (I don't literally mean as soon as you took it out of the box, I would certainly hope not )
3) The heat. I've read it described as " Oh, the heat isn't much at all, it hasn't gotten hot once with me." to "The heat is comfortable only for a few seconds before I have to pull my hand off." to "OW! I HAVE THIRD DEGREE BURNS FROM MY MACBOOK AND I'M DEAD!" I know this probably does depend on the programs. Just so we're clear, there's also a correlation between the discolouration and the heat, correct? Sorry I'm so ignorant :(
I'm just very worried about getting a Book. It'll probably be a couple of months at least before I can get one anyway, and I'm worried it'll be faulty :\
4) What other important faults exist? Other than the low default RAM, that is.
