I should have know from past experience, but they sent me a 35% off coupon and I jumped on a black leather contour for my 11 PM since it was already on sale.

Order was placed on 3/31 before 11 am. It is now 4/8. The package went from NJ(2 hours door to door to my house) via UPS, transferred to USPS on 4/3. It has now been sitting in Illinois since 8am 4/7.

In speaking with their crack CS team, I got a lot of “I don’t know why that happened”, “ that’s odd”. Nothing about addressing a solution until I requested a refund. So yesterday at 4pm I requested the refund and was told it was sent in. 24 hours later, no refund.

moral of the story- never buy from Mous.
 
Dang that stinks. The second Contour they sent me the leather somehow got a nick in it, so I went back to the first one that they originally replaced because of discoloration. Right now I’m not using either one.

Update: they did provide me the refund, but the product itself is lost somewhere in the ether :)
