I was just thinking who thinks certified preowned macbook pro sounds better than the phrase refurbished macbook pro. Just kinda focuses on the fact that yes its been used but its been inspected and fixed up. Thoughts, comments, sorta just a comical thread haha

As not every refurbished Mac is pre-owned, it wouldn't be that correct to call them that. I might also be off putting, as it sounds more like second hand.
refurbish |riˈfərbi sh |
verb [ trans. ] (usu. be refurbished)
renovate and redecorate (something, esp. a building) : the premises have been completely refurbished in our corporate style.

I vote for "rehabilitated" Mac.

How about "reborn Mac"?

But only for the MAs I guess.
Btw, can you please point me to your right click with MRoogle search guide or something? I can't find it via Bing and have lost my PIN for MRoogle.

My vote goes to the lady in red in that other lady's bed talking about sprucing up.

I have no issues with "refurbished". Especially the way Apple handles it. I've gotten refurb stuff from other companies (Palm and Creative) and both had issues and I wasn't at all impressed with the packaging. Definitely felt like a second class citizen when I opened those packages.

I kinda like the preloved, but yea the only thing is the certified pre-owned and preloved make people think of cars
