Not much of a wait today so now I'm a proud new 4s owner. It's sync'ing up 126 apps now 
Black phone with the Storm Trooper'ish black & white Otterbox Defender case. I'm not sure if I'll use the belt clip much but it's there if I need it for work, etc...
Now my 3Gs will go to my wife and her 3G to my 8yr old as a iTouch.
