Another Status Bar Question

I just noticed this arrow one on the 4S status bar. Can someone tell me what it means?

Location Services are active.

Something is using location services.

It means you are being tracked by the FBI and they will come busting through your door at any second.

It just means location services is on like the two previous posts said.
