Another Stupid question

For all those who does not have MacOS but Windows, like me, does the itunes 11.1 update comes out right before iOS7 update or what???

I'll be very pissed off if no update comes out at 18h00 GMT, but still need itunes update (11.0.5 to 11.1) before that, i guess!!!

You don't need iTunes to update your iPhone. You can use iCloud backup.

I don't want to backup my iphone, I want to upgrade to iOS7 without MacOSX. I'm on Windows 8.

Can I do it without iTunes? iCloud???

You can update to iOS 7 straight from your phone.

Like others said, you can update from your phone in settings > general > software update.

But I'd recommend backing up to iCloud before updating by going to settings > iCloud > storage & backup, just in case something goes wrong.
