I have now searched google for answers, looked at 498 threds in forums, DIY's, tips and tricks but hasnt found anything to help my problem
What i have:
Iphone 4, 4.2.1 software and jailbreaked (greenpois0n), a HP laptop probably 4-5 years old, with Win Vista (formated many times).
My problem:
I synced my phone to the computer, but the computer crashed, so i formated it, without knowing that i should had backed up the folder in itunes containing my sync(?).
Now, when i check the box for sync contacts to windows contacts, i get this message:
The information on my iphone is synced to another useraccount (i have logged in with the same account as i always use), and it ask me if i want to sync with this account and its information instead?
And i get two choises:
1: Coordinate information on my unit with information from this account (In case i choose the wrong word, with coordinate it means use info from account and phone and put it together)
2: Replace info on the unit with information from this account.
When i check "sync apps", only choise i get is to change my apps on the phone with whats in my library/account. (My account has been synced, so there are som apps, but that was "early" in my iphone carriere so it only has the half of what i got today.
The big question:
What do i do? Offcours i dont want to miss all my apps and surtanly not my conatacts! (Contacts is the most important!)
Looks like my only option is to coordinate? Or do i loose data anyway?
And WHY on earth cant it just copy everything on my phone and start a new library!? That would make everything MUCH easyer
