one of the many things that bothers me with the new and "improved" finder is the placement of the window information (size and item count) is now on the bottom instead of the top where its been forever. It sometimes gets lost at the bottom of the screen. Very hard to find. Boo!

I agree, but you can always click the oblong widget; that moves window info back up to the top.
