I know that this has been covered in various thread but I need your advice on another external HD. Sorry ...
I already have a LaCie 500gb USB 2.0 external HD. This week at FutureShop they have on sale another LaCie HD. It's a 1 TB drive with USB 2, Firewire 400 and 800. It's 329$ and I bought it but haven't opened it yet.
My question is : I will receive my Leopard DVD next week and I'm planning to use Time Machine. Would it be better to keep my 500 gb drive or change for the 1 Tb ? Can I partition my 1 Tb so one partition is for TimeMachine and the other one for iTunes and other files ?
