I know there's probably hundreds of threads concerning unlimited data labs and tethering wether with a tethering plan or not

Without sarcasim or Insult. Could someone please highlight where it states that tethering is a breach of terms. Ive literally called att and
Asked if I tether is it a problem they har said no. But I know people are recieving letters and other notifications another tethering. So I'd really appreciate if some one could
Maybe post a Link and clairify where exactly it states that tethering is wrong

From what I've read. The short description says. "is an unlimited data plan for iPhone". Also please note". If at determines an iPhone is vein used without an appropiate plan the will apply an appropriate plan". Doesn't that mean they could only ADD a tethering option. Or would they completely drop the unlimited plan and add the limited plan with tetherig
