another unlocking question pwnage

where can i get the pwnage tool from? i tried from iphone-dev.org but it had an error at the end...
should i just try again and see if it works?

is there anything that i have to have before i download it?

if someone could send me a link that has a how to or anything that will help me in unlocking an iphone that would be great.
i searched the forum a bit but i mostly found people with problems, now how to do it.

any help will be greatly appreciated! thank you!.

do i need to have the t-mobile sim card in before i start the pwnage. or should put it in after its finished. or does it matter at all?

I'n not sure.

A good tip is to look around the above site and follow some of the links. Some have videos showing you how to do it. I think in one a guy put the new sim in before he even turned the phone on for the first time.

If you can't find any vidoes off that site so a search for pwnage on youtube, there should be pleanty there.
