another upgrade question

Hey guys right now I'm eligible for an upgrade on 7/14/10. (It was in May but somehow it got bumped back) With this new special iPhone pricing (http://www.att.com/gen/press-room?pid=18004&cdvn=news&newsarticleid=30863&mapcode=consumer|Wireless) with renewing your contract, since my contract expires currently in Nov 2010, I could get the iPhone 4 for the 199/299 pricing on the release date, correct?

I called AT&T and they seem clueless, the website isn't really updated and I dial *693# and that's no updated either.

If you are not eligible for an upgrade until the middle of July, then on release date, you would most likely pay the middle cost since that is an early upgrade price. Or maybe I am not understanding your question fully.
