Bought mine off Amazon for a deeply discounted price.
It took longer to get the case out of its packaging than it took to get it on my iPhone 4S. I already had a screen protector on the phone and left it on to see if it would "get along" with the screen protector on the Survivor case. No problems, and as far as I can tell, no difference in operation, figure pressure, et cetera.
The case does add bulk to the iPhone, but to me this is a good thing. I'm not a "fashionista," and my fear with the iPhone is that it would slip out of my hand, fall on hard ground and shatter. Well, the Survivor has plenty of gripping surfaces, so I'm less likely to drop it and, if I do, I have confidence the phone will survive unharmed.
I like the case's silicone buttons over the loudness, home, and on-off switches. Everything works smoothly. The silicone cover over the camera lens would be annoying if I used the iPhone camera much but...I don't.
In all, a nice case and hopefully one that will keep my iPhone safe.
