iPod touch Another way of backing up iTunes to Disk instead of DVDs etc??

I see backing up to Disc [DVDs, Cds] in iTunes 9.02 only... is there another option ....besides just copying the entire Itunes Media Folder from say C: to like F:? Suggestions..

Running Windows I use a free Microsoft addon called SyncToy to automatically do a daily backup of my media library to an external hardrive.
