Another way to keep your Verizon unlimited?! NEW loophole.

So anyways. Me and my girlfriend are not on a family plan. Separate lines.

She had an upgrade and I did not.

She ordered the iPhone 5 and when it came I activated it RIGHT on my line.

Now she had unlimited before upgrading per say. But dropped to 2gb.

When I upgraded her phone on my line. It switched her data back to unlimited.

I have no clue why but hey it worked in her favor.

I would keep an eye on her bill. I believe the reason for this is her renewal was cancelled meaning the phone is full cost. You're supposed to activate the phone to complete the renewal.

Well it's been a little. But yeah I know what you mean.

The verizon rep actually did the whole thing for me.

And she can't upgrade anymore till 2 years so it went through.

And as far as I know you don't need to do that anymore as the terms of service are signed right when you upgrade now unlike before.
