Hey forum users, this is another would it be good enough thread for the MBP.

So im on a MacBook air, 2012 1.7Ghz I7, 8GB Ram and 128GB storage.
Im looking at
Refurbished 13.3-inch Macbook Pro 2.9GHz Dual-core Intel Core i5 with Retina Display 16GB Memory, 256GB storage, and Intel Iris Graphics 550.

Mostly web stuff, invoicing i do travel and get time lapse videos inflight from the flight deck as well as use photoshop etc for editing some pictures.

More than adequate, or should i be looking for the i7?

Thanks guys

Dave

If this is a 2015 version I saw a YouTube video, from a couple of years back, directly comparing the i5 to the i7 and the difference in speed is pretty much non existent and in a couple of use cases it was actually a little faster. Not sure why it was faster in those instances but that was the conclusion.

I meant to add that, its the version that was release in 2016... so the newer one with Touch Bar
