Hello! I've managed to get an ATX mobo into a Mac Pro case!
Now my problem is that the place where the heatsink is, is blocked off by the botton of the case! What should I do now?

I think you will need to cut an opening for CPU cooling in the case as well as the standard port opening rectangular hole. It sure seems an expensive project I hope you found a dead machine cheap in order to do this. :)

Sorry I've Been Dead...

Sorry I've been dead! I've totally forgot about this thread... Yes, I'm nearly there. Even though its taken me so long. I had to get liquid cooling because it got absolutely too hot. Here's my basic rig

Gigabyte Mobo
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 @ 3.6.GHz
2x 500GB Seagate 7200RPM Sata II drives.
1x 1TB Western Digital "Ex-External" Drive
1x 3.5" 64GB SSD (which I run Windows, Mac and Ubuntu off)
Generic 500W Powersupply
