Hey everyone, recently I made an attempt at fixing an antenna issue on an old iPhone. The original owner complained that it would constantly go in and out of "No Service" randomly, and after restoring the software nothing changed.

I figured I might as well try and repair it, its already been sitting in a drawer for 3 months. I've taken it apart, and the only conclusion that I can draw is that I need to order a new antenna. I've checked out Amazon and I keep seeing these "wifi antenna's" which is confusing me. The iPhone is a 4th generation (GSM).

Do I need a new antenna cable? If so, could someone kindly direct me as to which one I should be purchasing? This is the one I found that seemed the most accurate to me, but then again I have no idea.

Thanks!
