Anti-Automator System?

The people at my college have decided to use and abuse Automator to shut down computers, max out the volume and yell profane words everywhere, and disguise them as a legitimate application by swapping the icon and the name of the application as a seemingly innocent application.

Any way to be able to exit out of Automator workflows inside an application file while it's running?
