Anti Static

Hi,

I need some advice on where to attach my anti static strap to install new components in my MacBook Pro. I understand some say you don't need one but I've bought one so would like to use it considering I've spent a small fortune of the laptop and addons.

hmmm i don't know, if you have a non retina one i suggest somehow keeping it in contact with the metal of the hard drive? i'm not sure about the aluminium ...

You should attach it to any metal object that's grounded.
