I've been looking at picking up a refurb Thunderbolt Display. I like the aesthetic and easy cleaning of a large, glass display. The connectivity options are also excellent for my rMBP, so that's a perk - as is the fact that it'll match perfectly.

Like most though, I don't really want to spend $800 on a display.

Are there any cheaper alternatives that also have a glass panel like the Thunderbolt display? I know there are plenty of cheaper options for 27" displays, but I'm not keen on matte displays or displays that are open and harder to clean.
