Any 3rd party cable that works with car audio?

But it wouldn't connect to the USB music in car when connected to the car USB port, although it would still charge.

Yes, Anker USB to Lightning or Amazon Basics USB to Lightning will both work fine. Anything MFI (Made for iPhone) certified. Those you posted are too cheap, almost certainly not actually certified.
