A whole host of demographic questions, questions on why I purchased a 5c, what other phones I was considering, what features I use the most and like the most, what features I am unstatisfied with, etc.

I've owed dozens of Apple products, this is the first survey I have receieved.

It seems they are trying to figure out how to move these phones
 
Yep, this is nothing new at all. I got one a couple of years back when I bought a new MacBook.

Wonder why they aren't doing this with the iPhone 5S, and why they haven't done it with the 5, 4S, 4, 3GS, 3G, and 2G iPhones (to my knowledge). I'd bet it's because they're probably having some doubts about the 5C based on their sales performance.
