Any Advice For Activating Tmobile Iphone 6 on AT&T?

Hello, I ordered an unlocked tmobile iphone 6 and a 6plus from Apple to use on AT&T. I wanted to take advantage of the 24 months no interest and get the added benefit of having an unlocked phone and not being tied to AT&T anymore.

Any advice for activating the phone? My iPhone 5 is being handed down to one of the kids who has a 4. I will need a new SIM card I believe for both the phones. Has anyone had any problems getting a new card from ATT? Is this something I can just walk in and get?
