Any advice for trying to touch up an out of focus shot?

I'm editing an interview. The shooter is slightly out of focus. I'm wondering what, if anything, I can do to improve it in post. I've used the sharpen effect in FCP X. Anything else? I'm guessing the answer is no.....but the only dumb question is the one not asked

Is he really out of focus? He looks more like a victim of excessive noise reduction. If so, I suppose there's a slim chance you can get raw data from the camera, but I wouldn't bet on it.
